this is unhealthy corporate culture

I have the privilege to work in a healthy corporate culture - or rather - my boss has managed to turn what could be an unhealthy corporate culture and make it a healthy culture. She makes us feel valued even though our HO and even my boss' boss may not make us feel valued.

We work for a nationally known clothing brand and work under high expectations that we are supposed to achieve, but she motivates us in way that buffers the stress and unhealthy corporate culture that could coming from higher ups.

This meme is a complete exaggeration about unhealthy corporate culture that I could be a part of if I worked in the same place with a manager who has a different managing style that could easily fit into an unhealthy corporate culture.
