What's with those "single item on a colourful background with minimal text ads?"

Whenever I scroll through my Instagram feed (which is not very often, and whenever I do go on the app, after one minute of scrolling I immediately realize what I’m doing that see that the only posts I am looking at are from people who I don’t even know) I see ads for sustainably made jewelry, sustainably made clothing, and aesthetically pleasing ads. I notice that a lot of the ads I see have bright and plain backgrounds, with a single product in the centre focus. I get ads that market their sustainability as a focal point in their persuasion. I realized that while I don’t necessarily buy a lot of these products, such as sustainably made sweatshirts, sustainably made gold jewelry and others, I do desire them. I mean that I wish I had the means to purchase these products, but I currently don’t. Somehow, the advertising algorithm knows that I want to purchase these items. A lot of other ads I see that fit the “one product on top of a brightly coloured background” are vegan makeup and skincare products.

This is an example of a single product, minimal text, and colourful background ad.
